A lighter version of the Greek Moussaka with roasted ground turkey, grilled eggplant, tomato, onion, garlic & finished with Bechamel sauce.
Also included is a small side Greek salad

**We would like to introduce something new to take home, Chef Jose's Famous bolognaise Sauce!  It is a lighter version of the bolognaise specially designed for picky children.  Packed with finely chopped vegetables and ground beef with no salt and no fat.  "My children were raised on this dish"...Chef Jose Dahan.
It's not just for children this sauce is superb and can be used at home and easily spiced up with some peppers, garlic or wine. 
It is available frozen in 16oz containers for $6 (feeds 2-3 people)
Optional bag of cooked bow-tie pasta available for an additional $2 (feeds 2 people)
